dc.description.abstract Three di~ensional boundary layer equations over horizontal curvilinear surfaces are treated in this investigation. The main purpose of this study is to seek the similarity solution under some restricted condition on external forcing velocitiee. Depending on the arbitrary choices of curvilinear cordinates with scalar factors hi' h 2 and h 3 = 1, the nature of the similarity variables, and the components of the similarity functions are sought. In order to predict essential flow characteristics, some numerical results are presented for different values of the parameters involved in the equations. en_US
