Abstract:
Eastcm Housing Ltd. is engaged in purchasing low land, developing the land for urban
housing and selling the developed land as a plot to the people of differenl income
group'. Eastem Housing Ltd. didn't follow any cvolualion tcchnique ror its project and
roll()w~dthe housing policy buill as il~ own. The development process is going on
cOll\'cntionul way in different projects. The purpose of the research is to give
directional guidelines to the land division of it that will not only improve the belleI'
\lllder,tanding of evaluation techniques, but also give clear conception of ideal housing
in implementing a healthy housing project.
