Abstract

Eastcm Housing Ltd. is engaged in purchasing low land, developing the land for urban housing and selling the developed land as a plot to the people of differenl income group'. Eastem Housing Ltd. didn't follow any cvolualion tcchnique ror its project and roll()w~dthe housing policy buill as il~ own. The development process is going on cOll\'cntionul way in different projects.
