Abstract:
The transport properties of the metallic glass Fe73Cu ISiI4Nb3.5Bg,5 are investigated
in different applied magnetic fields and temperatures, The Han resistivity and the
magnetoresistanee coefficients have been evaluated for differelll applied magnetic
fields and temperatures, The magnetic anisotropy of this 'system. which is induced in
this system due to mechanical wess at the time of growth are also detenllined by
measuring the magnetic torque on this sy~iem_ A torque magnetometer with an
automatic electronic compensation sy&temand a high temperature Oven has been used
for lhis measurements The temperature dependence of magnetic anisotropy has al,o
been studied. The magnetoresistance coefficient and the Han re&istivity are observed to
have anomalous behaviour, and the anomalies are expected to be caused by rapid spin
fluctuations in this mctallic glass ,ystem. rhe magnetisation measurement of tbe
metallic glass with different annealed temperatures is done by using the Vibrating
Sample Maguetometer(VSM),
