Recenlly isatin-I ,3,4-thiadiazoline acyl derivatives have proved 10 be potential anticancer agent. According to Sandmeyer Synthesis of isatin, treatment of acidic solution of primary aromatic amine with aquous solution of chloral hydrate and hydl'oxylamine hydrochloride in presence of Na2S04 yields oximinoacelaniiide.
