dc.description.abstract In this project paper, Yagi-Uda antenna is analyzed and simulated by using the Wavelets and Numerical Electronic Computation (NEC). The analysis of a Yagi-Uda antenna has been based on considering a current distribution on multi element Yagi-Uda array. The current distribution of the individual element in a Yagi-Uda array has been calculated by solving the Pocklington’s integral equation by moment method. The radiation pattern has been deduced for different apex angles. The measured results are in good agreement with the simulated result. The gain versus frequency curve is also plotted and the pass band for a basic three-element Yagi-Uda array has been observed. The algorithm developed by using wavelet functions in moment method reduces the computation time significantly. en_US
