dc.description.abstract |
Inventory management has become an important activity for many companies. For
making customer delivery fast and contain exactly what the customer ordered, proper
inventory maintain is a must. Any type of industry which needs uninterrupted space and
target of early production needs a pre-fab building. Various products are needed for the
production of steel buildings and the main fields are related to textile, spinning, garments
and all other industry related to ware house management. An effective forecasting have
been done to find the requirement of products to meet the market demand and reaching to
its customers to their satisfaction level. It is seen that most of the products are in
increasing trend with some fluctuations in different months, which should be taken care
of for ordering. Considering some of the main products, inventory classifications have
been done for proper planning and scheduling of purchasing materials. This industry is
sophisticated regarding the delivery schedule and on-time completion. It’s a dynamic
process to keep the customers satisfy by maintaining a tight schedule. In this work
effective inventory models have been developed for different classification that can help
to compare with present costing and optimum inventory costing. |
