Development of web based recruitment system for human resources department of a company

Abstract

Web based recruitment system (WBRS) is a comprehensive tool for human resource management of a company or organization. Some local software are available but they are not complete ones. They lack in various respects. Most of them do not have modules like examination for the selection of candidate. The software developed under this project is a complete one. Starting form submission of applications by the jobseekers up to the placement of the selected candidate are taken care of. Because of developing as a web- based system, it is accessible from any corner of the world. The developed WBRS provides higher number of quality candidates identified quicker, reduced time to recruit staff, reduced recruitment costs and most importantly removal of the administrative burdens for recruitment.
