| dc.description.abstract | In the light of past and recent developments, there is precedence for the development of new bioorganometallic metallodendrimers. Dendrimers and Metallodendrimers are highly branched, globular, multivalent, monodisperse molecules with synthetic versatility and many possible applications ranging from catalysis to electronics and drug delivery. Due to versatile applications it was planned to develop a method to synthesis palladium mediated metallodendrimer molecules based on Triazine and Diazine. Firstly, a convenient method for the synthesis of metallodendrimer compounds 8-17 was developed from the reaction of triazine (melamine) and diazine (pyrimidine) with different aroylchlorides 3-7 in the presence of (Ph3P)2PdCl2 at room temperature as shown in Scheme1. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical data obtained from IR spectra, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass spectrophotometry to establish the structure. The SEM was taken for the analysis of surface morphology of the synthesized compounds. EDX was also taken for metal investigation as well as elemental analysis. The compounds were found having a homogeneous as well as non-homogeneous morphology with the particle size range from 100 μm to 500 nm. | en_US |
