Abstract:
The author wishes to express his deepest gratitude and sincere appreciation to his supervisor Dr. Tanvir Manzur, Associate professor, Department of Civil Engineering, BUET, Dhaka for his constant guidance, invaluable suggestions, motivation and difficult times and affectionate encouragement, which were extremely helpful on accomplishing this research.
The author also expresses his profound gratitude to Dr. Abdul Muktadir, Professor and Head, Department of Civil Engineering, BUET, Dhaka for his cooperation.
